Your account: first name, last name, email address, WhatsApp number if you give it, country, language, and your Google identifier if you sign in with Google (never your Google password).

Your songs: the occasion, names, story and memories you tell, the lyrics, the audio files.

Your Notes: purchases, spending and refunds. Mobile Money payments go through our payment provider; we never see or keep your PIN.

Site usage: pages viewed, technical errors, device and browser, to improve the service.

To create and manage your account; write, compose and deliver your songs; manage your Notes and payments; send you service messages (song ready, receipt, security); prevent abuse and comply with the law; improve Djélimelo. We never sell your data.

To run the service, some data is processed by providers, each for its own task only:

Vercel (site hosting); Supabase (database, sign-in, files); Google (sign in with Google, and Gemini / Lyria to write lyrics and, as a fallback, compose music: they receive the story and lyrics); sunoapi.org (composing and singing: it receives the lyrics and style); Resend (sending emails); Sentry (error tracking); PostHog (usage statistics); [TO COMPLETE] (Mobile Money payment provider).

Some of these providers are located outside your country, notably in the United States and Europe. [TO COMPLETE]: specify the applicable safeguards (contractual clauses, etc.).

Your account and songs are kept as long as your account exists. Payment data and the Notes ledger are kept for [TO COMPLETE] years for our accounting obligations. Technical logs are kept for at most [TO COMPLETE] months. When you delete your account, your data is erased or anonymised within [TO COMPLETE] days, unless the law requires otherwise.
