Terms of use

These terms govern the use of Djélimelo, an online service published by [TO COMPLETE] that creates personalised songs with artificial intelligence. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.

You must be at least [TO COMPLETE] years old to create an account. Your account is personal: you are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your password confidential. Let us know at [TO COMPLETE] if you think someone else used your account.

You pick an occasion, tell your story, the AI writes lyrics you can edit, then composes and sings the song in 2 versions. You can then download it, share it with a link, and change a few words of a finished version.

Creating uses Notes (prepaid credits): their prices, validity and refunds are described in the refund policy and the terms of sale.

To write your song, you give us names, a story, memories. You confirm you have the right to share this information, especially when it concerns other people. Avoid unnecessary sensitive data (health, opinions, precise address…).

You may not request a song with the voice of a real artist or “to the tune of” a known song, a hateful, violent, discriminatory or harassing song, sexual content involving minors, or defamatory statements. Details are in the content policy. Such requests are refused, with no Notes charged when the refusal happens before creation, and the account may be suspended.

The lyrics, music and voice are generated by artificial intelligence, with the help of specialised technical providers. Each song is written for you, but results may vary and an AI may produce sounds close to other works: we do not guarantee that your song is exclusive or original in the copyright sense. That's why you review the lyrics before the music and you get 2 versions.

We grant you the right to use your song for personal, non-commercial purposes: listen to it, play it at a family event or among friends, share it with your loved ones and post it on your personal social media, without earning money from it.

No commercial rights are granted: no sale, advertising, paid broadcasting, upload to paying streaming platforms, or registration with a copyright collecting society. For any other use, write to us first and we'll tell you what is possible.

These rights may be clarified or adapted if our technical providers' terms change; we will let you know.

Each ready song has a hard-to-guess share link: anyone who receives it can listen to the song and read its lyrics, without an account. This page is not indexed by search engines. Your song only appears in Explore if you decide so.

We do our best to keep the service available and of good quality, but we cannot guarantee it runs without interruption or that every song matches exactly what you expected. You are responsible for how you use your song and for the content you share with us.

If these terms are not respected, we may suspend or delete an account. You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time from Settings or by writing to [TO COMPLETE].

These terms may change: we will inform you of important changes. They are governed by the law of [TO COMPLETE] (country), and the courts of [TO COMPLETE] (city) have jurisdiction, subject to consumer protection rules.
