Terms of sale

These terms govern the purchase of Notes, the credits used to create songs on Djélimelo.

Notes are sold in packs, with no subscription. A Simple song costs 2 Notes, a Premium song 4 Notes. Notes are valid for 12 months from purchase. They cannot be exchanged or converted into money.

Prices are shown in CFA francs (FCFA) [To complete: tax included or excluded depending on the tax regime]. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

Payment is made with Mobile Money, through our payment provider [To complete: provider name]. Notes are added to your account as soon as the provider confirms the payment. Djélimelo never sees your Mobile Money PIN.

If a song fails to be created, the Notes spent are automatically refunded to your account.

Every song is delivered in 2 versions. If you like neither, you can ask for a free new creation, once per song.

Songs are custom digital content delivered immediately. By starting the creation, you request immediate delivery and waive the right of withdrawal, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
